New York counties are scrambling for funding to keep SNAP alive after the Big Ugly Bill made the largest program cuts in history. Now, the GOP is pushing a Farm Bill that doesn’t even mention SNAP. I will not support a Farm Bill that abandons hungry families. It's a nonstarter. (Chuck Schumer)
