French Agricultural Credit Bank launches EURXT Euro stablecoin Odaily Planet Daily News: CACEIS, an asset service agency under the French Agricultural Credit Bank, has launched the EURO eXchange Token (EURXT), a stablecoin anchored to the euro, on the Ethereum blockchain. CACEIS announced the news today and completed the first subscription of Amundi tokenized money market fund using EURXT. EURXT is anchored 1:1 with the Euro, initially targeting institutional investors and corporate clients. The project white paper shows that there is no hard limit to the circulation of EURXT, and its supply will be adjusted according to the market demand for smart contract systems. According to the project website data, EURXT had a circulation of 20.02 million pieces at the time of release, supported by approximately 20.02 million euros in reserves held by CACEIS Bank. This stablecoin complies with the EU Crypto Asset Market Regulation (MiCA). Previously, CACEIS had obtained the MiCA Crypto Asset Service Provider License issued by French regulatory authorities in June 2025.
