This version introduces post-quantum signature capabilities for the first time, supporting two signature algorithms: Falcon-512 and ML-DSA-44. This marks further progress in TRON's technical exploration and capability validation in the field of quantum-resistant security. According to the official announcement, these capabilities can be applied to scenarios such as transaction signatures, SR block production signatures, P2P relay node handshakes, and TVM contract signature verification. TRON reminds developers who have deployed Nile testnet nodes to complete the version upgrade as soon as possible. Meanwhile, the new features will only take effect on the Nile testnet after being approved through proposal voting; activation on the testnet does not imply simultaneous deployment on the mainnet.
