He noted that the pricing of new transactions has narrowed by 30 to 50 basis points compared to the initial pricing discussions. Popotte said that investor confidence has returned first through higher-risk bank capital instruments rather than safer senior debt, indicating that buyers are willing to re-enter the region before geopolitical risks are fully resolved.
