According to SolanaFloor, Anza has announced the release plan for Agave v4.2, with the target date for the first phase upgrade set for August 17. This upgrade will pave the way for achieving 200ms block times, greater transaction capacity, and a reduced rent mechanism, while also advancing the implementation of Solana's consensus upgrade project, Alpenglow.
