According to CoinDesk, with the EU MiCA regulation deadline approaching on July 1, unauthorized crypto companies will no longer be able to serve EU customers. More and more European crypto founders are turning to the UAE for faster licensing and a more favorable regulatory environment. Irina Heaver, a crypto lawyer at Dubai-based NeosLegal, stated that her firm currently receives over 120 inquiries per week about setting up businesses in the UAE, with about half coming from Europe, including Spain, Italy, Germany, the UK, Switzerland, and more. She believes MiCA could lead to an outflow of talent, tax revenue, and jobs from Europe. The report also mentions that Binance recently withdrew its Greek MiCA application and has notified EU users that some services will be suspended. https://(wublock123.com)/news/mica-deadline-european-crypto-firms-flee-to-dubai-regulatory-exit-63712
