[Binance Japan Appoints Arisa Toyozaki as New General Manager]
According to PR TIMES, Binance Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of Binance, has announced a management change. Arisa Toyozaki will assume the role of General Manager (Representative Director) starting July 1, 2026. Takashi Chino, who has led the company’s establishment and growth over the past four years, will step down and transition to the role of Honorary Chairman and Director. After stepping down, Chino will continue to provide strategic advice as a board member to ensure a smooth transition.
Arisa Toyozaki graduated from Northwestern University in the United States, majoring in Computer Science and Economics. She previously worked as a derivatives trader at UBS Securities in Hong Kong and was responsible for search services and augmented reality business at Google Japan. In 2022, she founded the DeFi protocol Cega, which was sold in 2025. She was also featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
