Breaking it down by segment, DRAM equipment spending will account for 71% of the total at $37 billion, with a year-on-year growth of 29%; NAND equipment spending is expected to grow almost in parallel, increasing 28% year-on-year to $14 billion. Global 300mm memory fab equipment investment is projected to grow another 11% in 2027, reaching $57 billion.
