My current model is that @ethereum pessimism will continue for quite some time. @base is now having more USDC liquidity on @Morpho than @ethereum because it is connected to the real world people through @coinbase app. The same will likely be true for other new chains creating fragmentation and doomerism. At some point, the optimistic view is that it will be remerged with the work on based/native rollups and @etheconomiczone . Then @ethereum will come back stronger as the world liquidity nexus.
