Reported by Golden Finance, on June 26, Goldman Sachs released a research report, initiating Intel with a "Neutral" rating and a target price of $150. It is expected that Intel will benefit from the rising demand for server CPUs driven by proxy-based artificial intelligence, with the GPU/CPU ratio likely to gradually decrease from 2x to approximately 1.1–1.4x. Goldman Sachs also believes that Intel, as a leading domestic player in the U.S. wafer foundry industry, will see short-term progress in its advanced packaging business, with projected revenue reaching approximately $10 billion by 2030. External wafer revenue is expected to reach $11 billion by 2030. Goldman Sachs considers Intel's current risk-reward profile relatively balanced, while peers such as AMD, NVIDIA, and Broadcom offer more attractive opportunities.
