According to Wu, Ethena announced that StablecoinX, a company focused on stablecoin infrastructure within the Ethena ecosystem, has completed a business merger with SPAC company TLGY Acquisition Corp. The merged company will be listed on Nasdaq tomorrow under the ticker symbol USDE.
