According to CNBC, Kalshi CEO Tarek Mansour stated that the company is in the early stages of considering a potential IPO but will not go public before 2026. After completing its Series F funding round this May, Kalshi's valuation reached $22 billion. Mansour also mentioned that the company is addressing concerns about insider trading on the platform by strengthening employer information verification, KYC, and other measures.
