Prediction platform Novig announced the appointment of Elie Mishory as Chief Regulatory and Legal Officer. Mishory previously served as Chief Regulatory Officer and General Counsel at prediction market platform Kalshi. Before that, he held leadership roles in the Market Oversight Division of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and served as an advisor to Commissioner Brian Quintenz, contributing to the development of statements on sports event contracts. Recently, Novig was certified by the CFTC as a Designated Contract Market (DCM).
