[Trump's Approval Rating Drops to Lowest During His Term, Half of Americans Believe War with Iran Was Not Worth It] According to a report by Golden Finance, on June 24, a Reuters/Ipsos poll revealed that only one-quarter of Americans believe the cost of Trump going to war with Iran was worth it, and most are concerned that the truce with Tehran will be difficult to sustain. This five-day poll concluded on Monday and also showed that the conflict has severely dragged down Trump's approval rating, which has dropped to 34%, returning to the lowest level during the Republican president's second term. This level was last seen in an April poll. The poll indicated that only 24% of Americans believe the cost of going to war with Iran was worth it. Half of the respondents said the conflict was not worth it, while the rest were uncertain. Approximately 63% of Americans believe the agreement signed by Trump is unlikely to bring lasting peace between the two nations.
