Nethermind stated that these PoCs show that banks and asset management companies can implement robust compliance controls using infrastructure running on Ethereum without altering the protocol's underlying operation. Nethermind stated: 'We built and tested a node capable of applying customizable compliance rules to external transactions, as well as a routing component that can send approved transaction bundles directly to selected block creators. Both components were validated end-to-end on Sepolia, without involving actual transactions.'
