Ghalibaf mentioned that during negotiations in Switzerland, both Iran and the U.S. concluded that they should jointly ensure Lebanon's territorial integrity. The memorandum of understanding includes guarantees for territorial integrity, which should continue to be implemented. To this end, both parties agreed to establish a coordination center to address related issues, enabling the Lebanese people to return to their homes and prompting the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Lebanese territory.
