According to a report by Jinse Finance, on June 23, after completing a record-breaking $75 billion U.S. IPO, SpaceX has initiated its first issuance of investment-grade bonds, which is expected to kick off a wave of large-scale borrowing to fund its layout in the AI sector. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that several banks that previously provided short-term bridge financing to SpaceX—including Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley—arranged a conference call with investors on Monday. The source stated that the bond issuance is expected to follow, with maturities ranging from 5 to 30 years.
