I've been tracking the changes in contract data and on-chain data for $BTW over the past couple of days, predicting MM's trading strategy: nailed it!
Here are 2 super important tips:
1. The changes in contract OI data—basically, whenever OI data increases, the coin price goes up; when OI data decreases, the coin price drops. The speed at which OI data changes determines how fast the price rises or falls.
2. Pay attention to long and short positions and MM's entry cost. The closer the price is to MM's entry cost, the safer it is. For example, $BTW's long position cost is at 0.06u, and short position cost is at 0.09u. The further the coin price is from the long position cost of 0.06u, the greater the price volatility, which means the force of liquidating long positions will be stronger, and the pullback will be sharper.
I won't be tracking this so intensively going forward—watching the data is exhausting. The reason for this round of frequent updates was to fully document my thought process and see if my predictions were correct!
