Yesterday, I joined the leadership and team at NaRRA as Major General (Ret’d) Tony Anderson officially assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Jamaica is fortunate to have many talented and experienced individuals who are willing to serve, and I am pleased to see that talent being brought together in support of national development. As I noted, the responsibility of NaRRA is to deliver projects, meet timelines, and achieve results for our people. The focus must remain on turning plans into action and ensuring that development reaches communities across our country. The Government will continue to provide the support needed through the appropriate legislation, financing, and institutional framework to help projects move forward efficiently.(Andrew Holness)
