[U.S. Central Command: Commercial Vessels Transit Hormuz Strait Normally on the 20th]
According to Golden Finance, on June 20, the U.S. Central Command stated that commercial vessel traffic in the Hormuz Strait increased on June 20. The U.S. military continues operations in the area to support freedom of navigation. The safe passage of this international waterway remains unimpeded today, with a total of 55 commercial ships transiting, transporting large quantities of goods and over 17 million barrels of oil to global markets. The Joint Maritime Information Center issued a notice this week confirming that all vessels can safely transit along designated routes, which are not subject to arbitrary fees or obstacles. The U.S. military maintains its presence and vigilance to ensure that agreements reached with Iran are fully observed, implemented, and effective in all aspects.
