It looks terrible, but it’s not over. More importantly, I think we’re in an opportunity zone that only comes once a cycle. Last time was Covid. Time before that was 2018. Forgive my optimism, but I’m just optimistic. I’ve decided to build and invest here for a reason. If they shake it to zero, then I’ll rebuild. I know people are probably tired of my persistence. And that’s ok. I understand. But I think my approach will pay off. And only time will tell. In the meantime, I’m not going anywhere.(Dan Gambardello)
