After carefully reading @ Darcy Ari's post about Aster smashing the disk, I seem to have some questions. Firstly, based on the provided funding link, I scanned this downstream transit address through Arkham and it seems that I did not see the announcement of a huge amount of 12.9M Aster being deposited into Binance. The largest transaction was only 1.1M, while the others were in the hundreds of thousands, and this scale of hundreds of thousands of transfers has been maintained for many days, which looks more like a routine operation for market making on the chain and in CEX. Secondly, the downstream address 0xeae7380dd4cef6fbd1144f49e4d1e6964258a4f4 is marked as belonging to Wintermute in Arkham. I have searched through Wintermute's other major wallets, makertmaker wallets, or exchanges for interaction. In addition to aster-2: native from AsterVault, there are also Asters from on chain and other CEX sources. And the Aster Treasure mentioned in this post 0x128463a60784c4d3f46c23af35ed859ba87974 is actually the address of the interaction deposit and withdrawal contract between Bnbchain and Asterchain, in other words, the user's Aster is all in it, it is difficult to conclude that the funds belong to the Aster team. And Wintermute came uninvited to work as a MM on Aster. Everyone who has been following @ Aster_deX actually knows about it. @ Leonard_Ster had previously tweeted about it( https://(x.com)/Leonard_Aster/status/1978123320127332567? s=20) There are still a large number of aster-2: native tokens stored in the on chain wallet during winter, and there are currently 8M in the main wallet. @The meaning expressed in Darcy Ari's post is easy to make people think that the team is taking advantage of the opportunity to sell and smash the market, and I thought the same way at first After all, anyone who sees such a huge red pillar is unhappy. But upon closer inspection, it doesn't look like Wintermute did it. After all, before yesterday's announcement, they had been continuously transferring small amounts to Binance for many days, much like a regular MM operation. But I still hope that all the brothers have the energy and time to continue to uncover the culprit behind yesterday's crash. @ Aster_deX should also look for it, it really hurts morale.
