The discussion around MiCA is bigger than any single exchange. The whole idea behind the framework was to create a predictable, harmonized regulatory environment across Europe. If companies can complete the process, satisfy the requirements, and still face uncertainty, it’s fair to ask whether the framework is being applied consistently. That matters for everyone, not just Binance. Regulatory clarity influences competition, liquidity, product availability, and ultimately the choices available to European users.
