First of all, this has to be said—Binance's frontline team, including Yi Jie, is indeed constantly solving a lot of issues for regular users. Of course, due to limited manpower and the sheer number of user problems, it's impossible to address everything. But the resources available to KOLs are clearly way, way more abundant than those for VIPs—not scarce at all. Before the VIP threshold was lowered, old VIPs with deposits were at least at the level of CMB M3 or private banking clients. At CMB, this level of clients is treated like royalty. So, is it that Yi Jie has been kept in the dark about some information? Or does Yi Jie still feel that the KOL resources, which are already so heavily tilted, are somehow insufficient?
