If there hadn’t been 9.4, how many more broken families and tragedies would there be in China with such an obvious scam market running rampant? How many more people would be driven to desperation? Virtual currencies that don’t generate real revenue/wealth are essentially just a scam market where money from the majority is funneled into the hands of a few. In the past, virtual coins at least tried to dress it up with some ‘financial revolution’ story to scam people. Now they don’t even bother with the story—they’re using methods even more childish than those online scams from Northern Myanmar, and they can still fool idiots!
