[Kingdom Holding Company of Saudi Arabia Holds SpaceX Shares with a Fair Value of $6.83 Billion] According to a report by Cailian Press, Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) of Saudi Arabia announced that SpaceX completed its initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq on June 12, with an offering price of $135 per share and a first-day closing price of $160.95 per share. As of March 31, 2026, KHC holds 42.40886 million Class A common shares of SpaceX, with a book value of approximately $4.47 billion. Based on the closing price on June 12, the fair value of these shares is approximately $6.83 billion. According to the IPO terms, the shares held by KHC will be subject to a lock-up period of up to 180 days, but partial unlocking may occur earlier if specific conditions, such as SpaceX's financial disclosures and stock price performance, are met.
