These claymation style ads are killing it on Meta.
Here's how you can make these yourself in 15 minutes with Claude Code skills + GPT-image-2 and Seedance (Bookmark this) 👇
I made this ad for @BiomaHealth entirely using Claude + some custom skills. No video editing tool.
1. /storyboard
I tell the agent about the concept. It renders a 16-panel storyboard for each one with GPT Image 2 — same script, different visual styles.
I pick the winner. This one is "soft 3D clay."
2. /voiceover — before any visuals
Generate the voiceover first (ElevenLabs), then transcribe it with Whisper to get the exact timestamp of every word.
Now every scene starts exactly when its line is spoken.
3. /keyframes — one image per scene (GPT Image 2)
Two things keep the images consistent:
- a few style reference images, so every frame lives in the same clay world
- the real product photo as a reference. Without it, the model invents a generic bottle. You can't describe a label into existence.
4. /animate each keyframe (Seedance 2.0)
Each still becomes a 4-second clip. The motion prompt is simple:
- one specific movement ("the bacteria scatter and tumble")
- a reminder to stay in the clay style, or it drifts toward photorealism
5. /stitch + /captions (ffmpeg + VEED)
Trim each clip to its scene length, add the voiceover, speed it up 1.25x, then burn captions as the last step.
6. /watch and review
The agent watches its own video — pulls frames, transcribes, and checks that every visual matches the voiceover at that exact moment.
It catches more than I do and then fixes the issues.
7. /learn
Every mistake from this run gets written back into the skills or review rules.
Total cost: ~$14. ($3 images, $11 video, $0.60 captions, pennies for voiceover.)
My job: pick the concept, pick the voice, approve the final. The skills do the rest.
Comment "Clay" below and follow, and I'll send you a skill file you can use directly with Claude Code to make videos like this.(Shiv)
