[SpaceX President: No Mass Employee Cash-Outs and Departures] According to a report by Jinse Finance, the recent IPO has brought wealth to many SpaceX employees. Some have made significant profits, while others have earned substantial returns. Long before the IPO price was set at $135 per share, employees had already acquired a large number of company shares at lower prices. However, SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell does not believe there will be a mass exodus of employees cashing out after seeing their IPO gains in their brokerage accounts. In an interview, Shotwell stated: 'There are already quite a few wealthy employees in the company, and they remain committed to their roles. Those who lack the drive to continue striving were never truly suited to stay at this company in the first place.'
