According to monitoring by Beating, the intelligent agent workplace startup Genspark has completed a $100 million Series B extension funding round, bringing its post-investment valuation to $2.6 billion. Participants in this round include existing investors Sozo Ventures, UpHonest Capital, and South Korea's Mirae Asset. This new round of funding has propelled Genspark's valuation up by 63% within three months, with total funding now exceeding $645 million.
Genspark was co-founded in late 2023 in Silicon Valley by Eric Jing (former Vice President of Baidu Group and CEO of Xiaodu Technology), Kay Zhu (former CTO of Xiaodu), and Wen Sang (MIT PhD and founder of Smarking).
