According to Wu, Ethereum native privacy transfer proposal EIP-8182 developer Tom Lehman announced on X that the proposal has officially been nominated as a candidate for inclusion (Proposed for Inclusion, PFI) in the Hegotá hard fork upgrade. This proposal aims to introduce a non-mandatory, protocol fee-free privacy transfer feature as a native mechanism directly into Ethereum's underlying L1 protocol layer. By utilizing system contracts with fixed addresses and ZK verification precompiles, it allows all wallets and applications to share a unified protocol-level anonymity pool, addressing the fragmentation issues of traditional privacy applications. The system abandons token or multi-sig governance, relying entirely on Ethereum's own hard fork network upgrades for smooth evolution. Currently, the proposal has entered a critical stage of vying for inclusion in the All Core Developers (ACD) hard fork schedule. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/news-62633
