It still hasn't happened... Bitcoin does NOT a bullish RSI divergence (yet). I pointed this out after both of the prior local bottoms, saying that I'd feel much better about a significant low (or a bear market low) if a bullish RSI divergence formed. We still don't have one. (Caleb Franzen)
