[Hyli Announces Termination of ZK Public Chain Project Development]
The public chain project Hyli has announced the closure of the project and the cessation of subsequent launch plans. The team stated that Hyli was centered on leveraging zero-knowledge proofs (ZK) to break through blockchain performance limitations. Over the past two years, they developed a complete full-node client from scratch, introduced the Autobahn BFT consensus, and achieved innovative support for ZK smart contracts, demonstrating the ability to handle real user loads. However, in the current market environment, ZK has not achieved the expected adoption. The team believes that Hyli no longer has a viable path for formal release. At this stage, the project will be shut down, and the related code will remain open-source on the GitHub repository.
