[BlackRock Bitcoin Premium Income ETF BITA Latest Amendment Discloses Fee Rate of 0.65%, May Launch Soon] According to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas, BlackRock has submitted the fourth, and possibly final, version of the S-1 amendment for its new product, the 'iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA),' and has disclosed for the first time a management fee rate of 0.65% (65bps). Balchunas noted that this fee rate is higher than products like the spot Bitcoin ETF iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) but lower than the two largest Covered Call ETFs currently on the market, which have fee rates of 0.95% and 0.99%, respectively. BITA is expected to provide an income enhancement strategy for investors by holding Bitcoin exposure and selling call options.
