The UK FCA has released its quarterly consultation paper (CP26/17), proposing to allow certain authorized funds to allocate up to 10% of their assets to crypto asset exchange-traded notes (cETNs). At the same time, it plans to adjust the regulatory fee benchmark for crypto asset companies to 'regulated income' and introduce three new fee categories for crypto-related businesses.
