[National Data Bureau Releases Action Plan for High-Quality Industry Data Set Development]
The National Data Bureau has issued the 'Implementation Plan for Advancing High-Quality Industry Data Set Development,' proposing the establishment of a batch of high-quality data sets covering key sectors and validated through application by the end of 2028. It also aims to create industry benchmark scenarios and data enterprises.
The plan outlines six specialized actions focusing on supply, annotation, quality and efficiency, application, management, and value realization. It prioritizes support for industries such as industrial manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and transportation, as well as emerging fields like low-altitude economy, embodied intelligence, and intelligent driving.
The initiative seeks to promote the integration and utilization of public and industry data, explore data set transactions, data assetization, and a value system based on tokens, fostering a market consensus on 'paying for high-quality data.'
