Following the deployment of the 'Two Key Areas' construction initiative, the NDRC, in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, has utilized ultra-long-term special treasury bonds to support the construction and renovation of aging pipelines for urban gas, water supply, drainage, sewage, and heating systems.
