Human rights organization Detained in Dubai founder Radha Stirling posted that several individuals working in the crypto industry in Dubai were interrogated, beaten, and tortured while detained in the UAE. She stated that the UAE is no longer a safe place for professionals in the tech, AI, and crypto industries to work and live. In response, on-chain sleuth ZachXBT commented that the detainees mentioned are not ordinary 'crypto entrepreneurs' but are allegedly involved in crimes such as stealing Genesis creditor information, the Kroll SIM swap attack, Coinbase social engineering scams, data extortion, and other high-profile crypto-related criminal activities. ZachXBT noted that law enforcement had seized approximately $18.9 million in illicit funds but emphasized that, even if the allegations are true, no one should be subjected to unjust treatment. https://(wublock123.com)/news/zachxbt-uae-detainee-not-crypto-founder-linked-crimes-62376
