The certainty of boundlessness ensures freedom and fairness, while the unity of uncertainty ensures the system is not mechanized by logical overreach. Boundlessness and unity cannot be satisfied simultaneously; because boundlessness is equivalent to completeness, and unity is equivalent to consistency. Gödel's incompleteness theorem proves that completeness and consistency cannot be determined at the same time. Therefore, to achieve the freedom and fairness of completeness, one must inevitably choose the unity of uncertainty and consistency. This is Satoshi Nakamoto's design philosophy.
