If there truly is an exploiter than has is abusing an mint glitch on ZEC, it's crazy how much power they have right now. You can argue they'd extract more by drip selling over a long period of time. However, shorting the whole alt market with spot proceeds and selling ZEC to 0 would work too.(DeFiyst)
