According to a report by Jinse Finance, on June 5, SpaceX has raised its planned fundraising amount for its stock offering in Japan by one-quarter, indicating strong demand from retail investors in the country. Based on a regulatory filing released on Friday, SpaceX is now seeking to raise up to $2.5 billion from Japanese investors. When the local offering was announced last week, SpaceX aimed to raise up to $2 billion from Japanese investors. The document shows that Japanese investors are allocated between 14.8 million and 18.5 million Class A shares, with an initial pricing of $135 per share.
