The latter is the creator of the data ledger platform and the patented end-to-end data traceability technology Daisy Chain. After the acquisition, the merged entity will continue to operate under the Lukka brand. The PEER DATA platform will be integrated into Lukka's product portfolio, and customer services for both companies will remain unaffected.
