Most of the reserves in CEXs contain a large amount of $BTC and $ETH. Obviously, they’re not going to hedge against tail risks either. I’m still extremely worried that these drops could cause irreversible damage to the current crypto order. I believe if $ETH’s DeFi experiences another nine-figure hack, $ETH will lose its last fallback and end up as nothing more than a simple distributed ledger.
