[Binance Discloses Revenue Sharing Agreement with Alpaca, Will Receive 50% of Order Flow Fees] Odaily Planet Daily News – Binance's official documents have disclosed a revenue-sharing agreement with Alpaca, a provider of custodial and brokerage infrastructure APIs. According to Binance's securities trading terms, Binance will receive 50% of Alpaca's order flow payment fees and 65% of the remaining profit from user stock lending after paying interest to users. Alpaca provides brokerage, clearing, and custodial infrastructure for Binance's stock trading products. Previously, Binance had launched trading access to over 7,000 U.S.-listed stocks and exchange-traded funds and announced a tokenized stock product called bStocks. As of December 2025, Alpaca's assets under custody reached $480 million. (cointelegraph)
