Ledger Donjon's security research team revealed a hardware vulnerability in the TROPIC01 chip used in the Trezor Safe 7. In a lab environment, the firmware verification system can be bypassed using precision laser attacks. Trezor stated that user funds, wallet backups, and private keys are not stored on this chip, so user funds remain unaffected.
