The New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) and the European Banking Authority (EBA) have signed a 22-page Memorandum of Understanding to share supervisory and confidential information on stablecoin regulation, including market risks, operational or financial crisis events, as well as information related to civil and criminal investigations.
