On the 29th I saw Binance was a net buyer on the spot market. I said "Now imagine if they start to sell..." Today Binance is a net seller of BTC. The largest BTC market with the highest volume will decide the fate of Bitcoin short term. I will be monitoring the situation. (Seth)
