[Shanghai Accelerates the Clustering and Development of OPC Enterprises] At the 2026 Shanghai Super Individual (OPC) Economic Conference held on the 2nd, it was revealed that Shanghai is accelerating the clustering and development of OPC enterprises through policies such as issuing computing power vouchers, model vouchers, and corpus vouchers, as well as introducing Token subsidies with features like 'use first, pay later' and 'automatic eligibility without application.' Currently, more than 600 OPC enterprises ('one-person companies') have been attracted to Shanghai. As artificial intelligence increasingly empowers various industries, OPC enterprises are rapidly emerging in multiple vertical and niche fields.
