[Zama Founder: Court Lifts Temporary Restraining Order on cUSDC Contract, Operations Fully Restored]
Foresight News reports that Rand, the founder of the privacy protocol Zama, tweeted that the freeze on Zama's cUSDC contract has been lifted, and all systems have returned to normal. Previously, a U.S. court, without prior notice, had temporarily ordered Circle to freeze a $12.5 million USDC protocol contract held by Zama. The court has now ruled that the freeze was unreasonable and has revoked the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). Zama's cUSDC contract and assets have been fully restored. This incident has not shaken their trust in USDC, and the team still plans to launch the cUSDC product later this month.
