2,000+ TPS is a number Cosmos achieved on real infrastructure, on a live network, processing actual transactions from real users. It is not a synthetic benchmark run under controlled conditions to produce a favorable headline. This is important because when banks and financial institutions are settling billions of dollars in tokenized assets, the infrastructure has to perform under real conditions, not lab ones.
