It’s June and Congress faces its next deadline in 11 days to extend FISA Section 702 surveillance authority past June 12th. Senate currently plans to the take the lead & hold a procedural vote Thursday to advance a possible bipartisan bill with 60 votes needed. June 12th deadline was set by legislation signed by President Trump on April 30th, following Senate & House passage.(Craig Caplan)
